Bijoux Note

Bijoux Note (the “App”) respects your privacy and provides its services in accordance with the following policy.

1. User data

The developer does not collect personal information that directly identifies you, such as your name, email address, or phone number, through the App.

Jewelry information, photos, notes, history, wishlists, and other data you register in the App are stored on your device.

This data is not sent to or stored on servers managed by the App’s developer.

2. Backups

If you use the iCloud backup feature in the iOS version, data registered in the App is stored in iCloud (CloudKit), provided by Apple.

Backups are stored in a private storage area associated with your own Apple Account.

In the iOS version, you can delete backups stored in iCloud from the App’s settings. Deleting a backup does not delete the App’s data on your device.

The Android version does not include an in-app backup or restore feature.

3. Photos and camera

The App may access your photo library and camera so you can add photos of your jewelry.

Photos obtained are used only to provide the App’s features and are not sent to servers managed by the developer.

If you use the iCloud backup feature in the iOS version, registered photos may be stored in iCloud as part of your backup data.

4. Biometric authentication

The App may use your device’s authentication features, such as Face ID or fingerprint authentication, to unlock the App.

The App does not obtain, store, or transmit the information used for biometric authentication.

5. Access to external websites

The App may access external websites to display product pages you specify or share, import product information, and retrieve current prices.

As with ordinary web access, your IP address and access information are sent to the destination website, and cookies may be used. Each website’s privacy policy applies to its handling of this information.

6. In-app purchases (iOS only)

The iOS version uses Apple’s StoreKit to provide Premium features.

Apple processes payments. The iOS version checks purchase status to determine access to Premium features. The developer does not obtain or store payment information such as credit card numbers.

7. Advertising and tracking

The App does not display advertisements or conduct tracking for advertising purposes.

It also does not use third-party analytics services to analyze user behavior.

8. Sharing data with third parties

The App’s developer does not sell or provide user data to third parties.

However, if you use the iCloud backup feature in the iOS version, backup data is stored in iCloud (CloudKit), provided by Apple. Apple’s privacy policy applies to Apple’s handling of this data.

When you access product pages, make in-app purchases in the iOS version, or share PDFs or other content yourself, the information necessary for each action is provided to the respective recipient.

9. Changes to this policy

This policy may change in response to additions or changes to the App’s features, applicable laws, or other circumstances.

We will notify you of significant changes on this page or by an appropriate method within the App.
